Director Michaella Fields
Michaella began her Mary Kay Career while working a Corporate Position she loved. However; at the urging of her husband, she stepped out to pursue Mary Kay full time and debuted in 1996, as a Charter Director in the SuzAnne Brothers National Area.
Since then she has:
- Attained National Court of Director Sales three times,
- Gold Medaled seven times,
- Earned seven Cars-two at the Premium Level,
- Been a Star Consultant for 65 Quarters,
- Was profiled in the Rocky Mountain News for leaving an important Corporate Position to "Do MK"
- Earned the 2012 National Area's Go-Give Award an award that she treasurers, as the Award is a testament to her passion to Mentor and Coach those put in her path.
Colleen originally started her career just for the great tax deductions, and the opportunity to meet people, since she had just moved to Denver from San Francisco. She didn't know many women in Denver, as she primarily worked with men. Working as VP of Engineering and Program Management, she managed 86 Engineers and spent most of her time traveling all over the US. Mary Kay provided a way for her to meet others outside of her job, but in her own home town. Most importantly, it gave her a fun and upbeat outlet from her high travel and stressful job. It wasn't until Colleen was expecting her first child 5 years later, that she realized Mary Kay was really a perfect backup plan for her and her family, as the company she was working for went bankrupt and closed its doors. Colleen found that she was able to work her Mary Kay business to bring home a healthy income, while also being able to stay at home and raise her children. Now she has the flexibility of deciding when she wants to work and when she wants to take time off.

Colleen is married to Les who is also an Electrical Engineer like herself. He loves the fact that through Mary Kay, Colleen now makes an income just by making other women laugh, look beautiful and feel better about themselves. It has definitely been quite a wonderful change from having two Engineers in the house having to work and come home from high travel and stressful jobs. Mary Kay is certainly a blessing!
